looking for a Senior Desktop Support Specialist who geeks out on
technical issues and is comfortable working within a fast-paced
environment to assist our internal employers onsite and
remotely.
Senior Desktop Support Job in Boston, MA Daily Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot internal technical device issues
• Troubleshoot email issues
• Maintain helpdesk line and resolve trouble tickets
• Troubleshoot printers, laptops, mobile devices, and additional
hardware/software issues
• Provide support for web applications
• IT department software and hardware inventory
To be considered you must possess in-depth knowledge of the
following:
• Passionate about the IT industry and thirst to learn within the
field
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting PCs, MACs, laptops, mobile
devices
• Printers and software issues
• Maintain Active Directory
• Create user and email accounts
• System backup/restore/storage
• Break/fix experience of workstations and hardware
• Remote access and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7)
• Microsoft Office Suite (2003, 2007, 2010)
