Patient Ratios : 1:5 days; 1:6 nights Must have: Med/Surg Telemetry skillset- head to toe assessment; orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol diltiazem and insulin IV.
